Axalingua S.L. makes backup copies of content hosted on its servers, but is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users, nor does it guarantee its full restoration.

In application of the LSSI, Axalingua S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorised by their recipients.

Where a prior contractual relationship exists, Axalingua S.L. may send commercial communications about its own services similar to those originally contracted. In any case, the user may request at any time that no further commercial information be sent to them by writing to info@axalingua.com.

Use of Images, Recordings and Data for Commercial Purposes

Axalingua S.L. informs students of their rights under the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Photographs, and audio and/or video recordings taken during classes, events or other school activities will not be used without the express, written consent of the student (or their legal guardian in the case of minors). This consent must be obtained through the individual's specific signature and may never be included generically in any section of the website or in the general contracting conditions.

Likewise, Axalingua S.L. will not use students' personal data for commercial, marketing or promotional purposes, nor will it transfer such data to third parties for these purposes, except with the express, written consent of the individual concerned. The student may withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal, by writing to info@axalingua.com.
